Development of the software is underway – it is a mammoth task, but it is gradually moving along. As mentioned previously, we initially had hoped that we could port the software, and tweak it, but unfortunately we are having to write it from scratch.
We have had suggestions of function/procedure blocks in the past (including myself) – this is something we will consider, but is unlikely to happen whilst the development of the Chromebook software is underway.
