We were using several crumbles in a session this morning and they were working fine until 1 suddenly stopped responding. I have since plugged it into different pcs trying different usb cables and get the windows error message
‘USB device not recognised One of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned and Windows dos not recognise it’.
Any ideas what might have caused this and is there anything we can do to get it going again?

Sorry to hear about the broken Crumble! Could you get in touch via the contact form so I can send out a replacement (with SAE for the faulty Crumble). It would be very useful to see why the device failed.
