ParticipantGreat little board; I’ve been having fun with some spare Neopixels from another project and was wondering if it was / might be possible to simulaneously address strips on multiple outputs.
I’m not looking to do anything complicated or that requires accurate timing or precision, but would like to effectively interleave (offset) two strips of 32 for increased visual resolution. I’ve got limited room for diffuser layers, etc.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!

KeymasterHi Paul,
The current limit of 32 is based on a memory limitation, although, I’ve made a few optimisations and hope that this can be increased to 64 in a future software update.
If you wanted the second strip of 32 to mirror the first, you could try and attach them both to ‘D’, so they are controlled in parallel. I’ve not tried it, but it should work in theory!
All the best,
Joseph

ParticipantHi Joseph,
64 would be perfect; lots of wiring but it’d give me the resolution & density I’m after. Even if it proves unworkable, many thanks for trying.
Fingers crossed. 😀
