ParticipantHi
I have a simple model fairground ride of a pirate ship. I have a bit of code which runs it perfectly when the crumble is connected to the Mac.See attached screenshot and video 1 Video1
But when I unplug the crumble and try to run it, it freezes half way through every time.see video2 Video 2Attachments:

ModeratorHi rtfax,
I must apologise for not getting back to you sooner. One possible cause can be if the batteries aren’t brand new, immediately switching direction of the motors can cause your program to reset as the voltage drops too low, when the batteries are ‘used’.
One possible solution would be to add a small stop into your program, so that motors stops before changing direction.
I hope that this helps.
